What payment method do you accept ?

How can i track my order ?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you haven’t received tracking info within 2 business days, please contact us.

Can i cancel or change my order ?

We’re happy to help with order changes or cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.
After that, the order may already be processed and shipped.Please email us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.

I received damaged item - what should i do ?

We’re so sorry about that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.Include your order number and photos of the damaged item.We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
